At Wild Birds Unlimited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the policy below.
Return Guidelines
- All returned merchandise must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Returns with a receipt within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
- Returns without a receipt or after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
- All returns require customer contact information to be on file in our system in order to process the return.
- Customers who originally declined to provide contact information will be required to provide it at the time of return processing.

These items are not returnable after 30 days from the original purchase date.
